Project Fleet Street, LONDON

The property is located on the north side of Fleet Street, next to the Junction with Bolt Court (we also supplied the Bolt Court reception!) This project covered a small landlord refurbishment to the entrance and communal corridor area, we carried out a lighting design for the contracted building consultants.

Mount Lighting was asked to provide a lighting design to the narrow communal corridor areas and supply our Halo lighting in a bespoke colour to fit in with the interior décor. The communal entrance corridor doubles as an escape route so it was imperative that the design incorporated emergency lighting to ensure safety in the event of an emergency or power cut.

Project Conclusion

Utilising our surface-mounted lighting product, the Halo, we were able to provide a lighting solution that created the wow factor in a confined entrance corridor. We met all project requirements, using our knowledge and experience to help deliver the best lighting specifications to complement the narrow interior and colour matched the fittings with a bespoke colour to compliment the wood panelling and complete the entrance to a warm and inviting one.

For this project, we had to consider multiple factors, mainly space specifications to ensure our luminaires could blend in while also standing out. We worked closely with the client to make sure all sizing requirements were finally met and delivered the project on time and under budget.
