Project OPEN Health, MARLOW

One of several OPEN Health offices in Marlow, the occupied building now known as The Weighbridge was once the site for an 18th-century brewery. The transformation into an office is notably impressive as the site fell into disrepair after the brewery ceased operation in 1988. Some of the original features have been preserved and integrated with contemporary materials, providing a unique feel to the interior and exterior design. When the site was renovated once more, the projects electrical contractor called upon Mount Lighting to supply our LED Linear and feature lighting.

To support this constantly evolving business, the Mount Lighting team lit the way by designing and supplying high-quality lighting solutions that would help keep the staff healthy and inspired while wowing valued future and present clients. The office space is large and bright with designated break-out areas and private conference rooms and it was important to the team at Mount Lighting and to the client that the lighting we supplied was cohesive and performed well in every space. The reception area now benefits from subtle, yet effective, recessed downlights as well as our bold statement Halo and Slimline pendants that are all symbolic of the perfectly simple circular company logo.

The client required a mixture of architectural luminaires, task lighting, and emergency lighting and the solution that the Mount Lighting team delivered was symbiotic and highly aesthetic. Every light plays a purpose and collaboratively creates a beautiful effect across the entire commercial space.
